Flyer/poster for a fashion event called "Hot couture".

This deviant has a unique and different style in his designs using contempory style but evoke a retro feel in my opinon. InHot couture folder by ~Never-effects one of the many designs I love he uses one colour with neutrals (black and white) on a white background creating great contrast, nice use of white space and a great focal point. hello, sorry if this is a bit cheeky, but could i please ask how you constructed this,

-like how you made the head and all the shading
(eg is it a pen tool or some sort of plug in or filter)

- and how you did the outside
( i think it might be the warp brush but id just like to clarify)

I am very impressed with this and wouldnt mind trying to do a rough replica at some point that i will show you afterwards.
